Next Stop, Murder: A Blue Lake Cozy Murder Mystery – Book 1 (Blue Lake Cozy Murder Mysteries)

Welcome to beautiful Blue Lake. Nestled peacefully in the Adirondack Mountains, it’s the kind of place where nothing bad ever happens — until now. Summertime in Blue Lake Village. Celia Strong, a former NYPD forensics expert, arrives with her teenage daughter Katie to start a new life as the owner of Ye Olde Ice Cream Shoppe. As Celia settles in, she bonds with the other local business owners on “the block” — eccentrics Helen and Henry from the antiques stores, the unflappable Lorna at the history museum, and good-natured Cal at the country diner. It’s just a typical summer Friday when a tourist bus pulls up with seven passengers on board, and before long one of them ends up dead on the bus with a knife in his neck. The six remaining passengers each hide a secret. Is one of them the killer? With a new and inexperienced acting sheriff on duty, it’s up to Celia — with the help of the rest of “the block” — to solve the case. Find out if Celia and her friends can catch the killer in the first book in a brand new series by author Hadley K. Knox, the Blue Lake Cozy Murder Mysteries.
