Charlie Takes a Chance: An Enemies to Lovers Romantic Comedy

Charlie is exhausted—tired of being told she’s “too much” and sick of boyfriends who stick around as long as a temporary tattoo. So when her best friend’s fiancé offers her a job fixing up his family’s lodge in Pine Ridge, Oregon, Charlie jumps at the chance. A picturesque mountain town sounds like the perfect escape—a chance to recharge, and maybe find a little peace. But her arrival is anything but peaceful. On her first night, Charlie ends up in a physical (and completely not her fault) altercation with the broody—and irritatingly handsome—ranch manager, Max St. James.
